Resolve the final uncertainties

Can one RDP grade cover every dry-mix product?

A single grade may work in several formulations, but application suitability must still be demonstrated under the relevant raw materials and test conditions.

Is a higher dosage always better?

No. A higher level may increase cost and can change fresh or hardened behavior. Use controlled comparisons around a justified trial range.

Can RDP replace HPMC?

No. They have different primary roles. RDP mainly modifies selected hardened properties; HPMC mainly manages water retention and rheology.

What should a supplier recommendation include?

It should state the application assumptions, proposed trial comparison, relevant documentation and limits of the recommendation.

What decides final approval?

Repeatable finished-mortar results under your raw materials, process and applicable test method.
